Katz’s deli, the most famous and by far, the most kitsch. We ended up here very, very late one night. It’s the best time to go. The mix of people includes drunks, bankers, late night party goers. Without exception they are shoving, unceremoniously, slabs of pastrami and god knows what else, straight down their gob (that’s mouth for my North American friends). Love, love, love this place. The site of one of the best scenes in movie history. Please, tell me you have all seen ‘When Harry Met Sally’ right?
