Come on, can you say most New Yorkers are deliriously free and happy like this? To the gentleman, I say, throw on a hair scrunchie! To the dogs, get your punk pink hair on. And to the ladies, get those ruffle petticoats out and rock ’em like it’s the eighties. To the bearded dudes in Brooklyn, your inspiration awaits. I say pull that bright piece of random clothing out of your closet and rock it like your inner mad person. Just say yes!
