I promised myself I would not go near cheese once the holidays were over. Looking at this scrumptious display at Dean and Deluca is like a tractor beam to tastiness and an immediate end to my resolve. This is exactly the kind of cold January day that calls for the melting of cheese to top a gooey dish of macaroni.
